1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SEO Scope ("the Service"), operated at seo-scope.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SEO Scope is an AI-powered SEO and AI visibility monitoring platform. The Service includes:

• Domain scanning and SEO analysis
• Keyword research and position tracking
• AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
• AI-powered content generation
• Competitor discovery and analysis
• Social media post generation and publishing

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

4.1 Free Plan (Starter)

The free plan includes limited features as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with 30 days notice.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at time of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.

4.3 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through technical workarounds

6. Content Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you provide (domains, keywords, brand information). Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you under a perpetual, non-exclusive license. You may use generated content for any lawful purpose.

6.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by SEO Scope. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as-is". While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publication. We are not liable for any consequences of publishing AI-generated content.

8. AI Visibility Tracking

Our AI visibility tracking queries third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) on your behalf. Results reflect those platforms' responses at the time of query and may vary. We do not guarantee the accuracy or consistency of AI platform responses. AI visibility scores are estimates and should be used as directional guidance.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Search Console, Buffer, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to those services' own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Scope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
